Being God, Dess' got the full package of a divine creator as we know them from Abrahamic religions, that means omniscience, omnipresence, omnipotence, etc. On memes, I will only hint at this and never assume that she knows what another character is thinking, their history, their secrets and so on, or otherwise use her powers on them without explicit permission. I'm calling on the multiverse here and pretending that her powers only work in full on people and things from her own Creation. Easy as that!

However, if you thought it could be a fun gimmick to work with, you can permit me to have Dess use any and all of her powers on your character in a thread. Please fill out this opt-in template (or write me a PM if that's more your thing) and I will consider it a done deal! I will never carry your permission over from thread to thread, so unless we tag regularly and I know this is something you generally think is fun, you might have to fill it out multiple times for the sake of good consent policy.
